Overview

You can easily refund your products in 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you cannot replace or refund your products after 30 days.

The refund and return policy are only eligible for a return if the item is in the original packaging and is in the same condition as you received it.

The non-returnable items are food, flowers, newspapers, etc. We also do not accept the products like intimate and sanitary goods. Gift cards and some items are also included.

There are only certain conditions in which you can return the product after 30 days.

Exchanges:

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You can exchange the item for the same or different item. To do this send your item to the address and contact us at our email address.

Refunds:

You can easily do refunds. Once the parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about it. After that, we will refund your money back into your account. If you paid through COD. You can easily collect your cash through the courier service center.

If your refund is late, just wait for two to three days. If you still do not get your refund, contact your bank. Because the refunds are usually late.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product you should deliver the parcel back to the courier. You will have to pay the shipping cost on your own. If you do not pay the money, the money will be deducted from the refund. Be patient in the process.
